It seems like a good product. Still have not used it yet for a flight. I gave it 4 stars because it had that plastic smell to it. Had to air it out and spray it so I didn't have to smell that when I put my face on it.
I use it during my break time. It is easy to inflate.
This pillow saved my neck and my sanity. Last week as I traveled standby, I had a 7 hr layover in JFK. As you cab see in the pic I travel with a ultralight camping mat just in case.
Packs up nicely to fit into a backpack for travel. It does require some strength to blow it up, it’s quite large and the quality feels interesting. Not expensive or cheap. I like how one could have their face down and be on the phone
This blows up in maybe 3 seconds, it is comfortable, I have no more neck pain, so easy to travel with. Love it!!
This was surprisingly easy to inflate/deflate and even after deflating it, it still fits in its smaller carrying bag. The opening at the top makes it comfortable for those (like me) who want to sleep with their faces through the hole. It even allows for someone to use their phone somewhat privately.
For long car, train, or plane rides, this is absolutely essential for getting in some comfortable sleep. I'll never get on another long flight without it.

This looks funny and people will laugh, but it's worth it. I've found that using this pillow is the most comfortable way of sleeping in a plane seat, better than the u-shaped traditional neck pillow. I ordered two and decided to keep this one because it was a bit taller and didn't have to lean forward as much.
This was the greatest fine ever. Had no idea it existed. I was able to put my head in the right position at various times during my eye recovery.
This sums up the good and bad of this pillow. Love the pocket on the bottom but I find it kind of short in the torso and not able to support me well as other options out there.

This product is so easy to use and makes for an amazing flight. I have always struggled to find comfort on a plane but this pillow has made a huge difference. Must have!!
It is easy and quick to inflate. Compact to travel and store. I was even able to keep my glasses on while using it. It makes sleeping or resting your head while sitting in the living room and car so much more comfortable.

Do you ever try to sleep upright on a plane or in a car? It’s terrible. This inflatable device is a GAME CHANGER. My 16 year old daughter was embarrassed when I whipped this out on the plane, but she didn’t seem to care when she slept for almost 3 hours in her cramped seat.
