It seems like a good product. Still have not used it yet for a flight. I gave it 4 stars because it had that plastic smell to it. Had to air it out and spray it so I didn't have to smell that when I put my face on it.
I use it during my break time. It is easy to inflate.
This pillow saved my neck and my sanity. Last week as I traveled standby, I had a 7 hr layover in JFK. As you cab see in the pic I travel with a ultralight camping mat just in case.
Packs up nicely to fit into a backpack for travel. It does require some strength to blow it up, it’s quite large and the quality feels interesting. Not expensive or cheap. I like how one could have their face down and be on the phone

This looks funny and people will laugh, but it's worth it. I've found that using this pillow is the most comfortable way of sleeping in a plane seat, better than the u-shaped traditional neck pillow.
