Return Policy – Golux
At Golux, we want every order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, if something didn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return policy for all customers worldwide.
🗓️ Return Window
We accept returns within 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer a refund.
✅ Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Include the original packaging, including all boxes, labels, and protective materials.
- Include proof of purchase or the order number.
Important: We do not accept returns for used products, items damaged by misuse, manipulated products, or returns sent without prior authorization.

Unauthorized packages will not be processed.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used items or products without original packaging
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
🔄 Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you must first complete the return process.
Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again.
🌍 International Orders & European Union Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union:
You may cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without providing any reason, as long as the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
